This guideline for management and operation of community managed solar mini-grids helps guide the user’s organizations/cooperatives, local governments and stakeholders of solar mini-grid projects. The guideline was developed with the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development, Sudurpaschim Province. Annex 23 is an Excel-based mini-grid tariff calculation tool which aids users determine a suitable electricity tariff of a solar mini-grid project.
