The document assesses the environmental and social impacts of a proposed 3341.22 m³ biogas plant in Dhanpalthan Rural Municipality, Morang, Nepal. The biogas plant aims to generate 2501.59 m³/day of biogas, which will be upgraded for commercial Bio-CNG production, with a goal of replacing LPG as a cooking fuel. The project is part of the SREP Biogas Subcomponent and will use cow dung, press mud, poultry, and vegetable waste as feedstock.
